“ Tonight we did not venture too far from home. After a long week we wanted to be able to get back home quickly to relax. It seemed like a perfect night to go to Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant. We had not been there in a long time so it seemed like the perfect time to go. It is a seat yourself restaurant so we quickly found the perfect spot. We were greeted right away by Kyle. Kyle took great care of us all evening. They started us out with chips and salsa. Aimee said the salsa was good. Aimee ordered the chicken fajitas with rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo on the side. The chicken was seasoned well and tasted very fresh. The guacamole was pretty tasty. All the sides were enjoyed as well. Mike ordered the trio (shrimp, chicken, and steak) fajitas with no veggies. It was all very flavorful and he made sure there was nothing left. This is another great local spot to add to your list of places to support. Thank you all so much for supporting small local businesses. ”

“ While I’m town for work, we found this delicious Mexican restaurant. Food is fantastic . Picture below is the #10 Mega Burrito , packed full of meats , rice and beans and whatever you like. It was crazy good. Highly recommend the beef queso , beef and chicken fajitas , and of course the MEGA BURRITO !!! Extra spicy meats are great and have really good favoring , not just heat. ”

We were greeted by the friendly staff, and they quickly took our order. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations! We especially loved the guacamole. It was fresh and tasty! “ Food as well as the service was good. Contrary to popular belief this undoubtedly Tex-Mex The brisket tacos are actually burritos since they are served on flour tortillas. An authentic Mexican taco is served on a corn tortilla minus the cheddar cheese. If you want a real Mexican style brisket taco ask for it on corn tortillas with cilantro, raw onions, no cheese, with a side of limes. My enchiladas were fine with likeable beans and rice. The sopipillas are a great finally. ”
“ My hubby loves Mexican food, but we don't go that often, beause I can't eat black pepper or anything spicier than black pepper. I always take a chance when asking for a special order, but I had an excellent meal at Mi Casa! I had a shrimp quesadilla & I asked for them to not use any seasoning. The shrimp were grilled to perfection. And the quesadilla was filled with gooey cheese. It was fantastic! My husband absolutely loved the chicken fajitas which were served on a sizzling hot plate. Even the chips were terrific, & hubby loved the salsa! Everything was wonderful, and the service was outstanding. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Gainesville! ”
